For things that you need to remember just for now - use TimeLeft sticker feature.
Place stickers on your desktop the way you want, group them. Choose different fonts, colors and more.
If you want to be sure that you have correct time on your PC - use time synchronization feature. You can adjust time manually anywhere you want or TimeLeft can do it for you automatically.
